Photos: 360 Creative Hub Holds Successful Second Edition Of The Fashion Acceleration Program
360 Creative Hub had the second edition of the Fashion Acceleration Program, a program geared at training pre-chosen fashion entrepreneurs with existing fashion businesses by exposing them to the real business of fashion within a period of 3 months.
The event held from June to August 2019 whereby eight fashion entrepreneurs were chosen to participate in this year’s program. The program cuts across all through the value chains of the fashion industry, soliciting the knowledge of top industry experts who journeyed with the entrepreneurs through this period, moulding and honing their skills and heightening their business knowledge to turn them into investable businesses.
Through 360 Creative Hub’s partnership with Emory University and GALI, one entrepreneur became eligible to get 5,000 USD unrestrictive grants.
The Remide, a young female-owned brand that produces men’s clothes was the judge’s favourite. Donna Style, a female tech innovative brand, who is developing a virtual styling and clothes delivery service came in second. Ojekanmi, the founder of Nelmac Clothing, a menswear brand, rounded up in third place. Avant Maz, Opal Stitchiz, Zaen, Zeeals Stylitude, and Traks Dimie rounds up the young fashion businesses that went through and competed in the program.
