WIMBIZ women in politics holds town hall meeting Feb 13

The WIMBIZ Women in Politics (WIMPOL) will hold its Town Hall meeting next week Wednesday, Feb 13, with the 2019 female political candidates.

The Town Hall Meeting with the theme: Run, Vote, Get Involved, is aimed at engaging female political candidates from various political parties contesting for the 2019 General Elections, by giving them a platform to share their plans as detailed in their manifesto for their various constituencies, community and the nation at large if elected.

“This is our way of advocating for the representation of more women to occupy leadership positions in elective and selective capacities in public service,” says the WIMBIZ management. The WIMPOL event will hold at the Harbour Point, 4 Wilmot Point Road, Victoria Island, Lagos by 4:00pm.
