After enjoying successful two seasons, the third season of Dare2Dream, a fashion reality organised by Kinabuti show is set to debut.

The project offers a platform for young Nigerian women to develop confidence, talents, values and principles while opening doors for them to build a career in fashion.

According to the co-founder of Kinabuti, Caterina Bortolussi, the organiser of the reality show, auditions will hold at University of Port Harcourt, University of Calabar and University of Lagos, casting aspiring female models with extra talent.

Aspiring designers and performers will showcase their abilities at the Grand Finale event, set for Sunday 11th September at the Federal Palace Hotel & Casino, VI.”
The organisers said the show was one of the ways of engaging Nigerian youths in ventures that are positively. They noted partcipants will be empowered with functional skills that will set them good path in future.

“we are in the business of making life better for our consumers, hence we will be providing an avenue for the students to enjoy some #LittleLuxury moments” said Mildred Bagshaw, the marketing manager of Imperial Leather, one of the sponsors of the show.

“Today’s youths are the engine for the future. The sustainability of any economy will be incomplete without the youth hence the need to empower and motivate them with the pre-requisite skills that will enable them function effectively for a greater tomorrow.”

According to the organisers, six girls will be selected in each university for the boot camp. For a period of 10 days, the girls will be challenged, trained, mentored on various aspects of fashion, modelling and other creative activities. In the course of this, some of them would be eliminated based on their skills and overall performances. The experience, according to the organisers of this life changing initiative, promises to be fun-filled, challenging, empowering and rewarding.

The essence of the boot camp is to bring “distinguished individuals and captain of industry to share their experience and inspire the finalists. We believe in the importance of engaging and encouraging youths, especially young women. We believe that by effectively impacting the youth, they will discover their skills and put such to productive use towards a sustainable life and society.”
