Dear Queen,
Oftentimes, we are tempted to find various reasons to credit other people more than we do ourselves, or believe in the abilities of someone else more than we believe in ours.

Could it be because we are in a constant cycle of up-leveled aspirations? Never stopping to acknowledge and appreciate our accomplishments, or pausing to take a breather, just to give ourselves a much needed pat on the back?

Queen, if you’re one of those who’s quick to give credit to the next person but never step up to credit yourself, how about you switching things up a little bit from here on?

I’d tell you why… the more you acknowledge and thank yourself for all the trials you have triumphed, for all your wins however small and for the steps you take every day, you encourage yourself to keep going, do better and climb higher.

One of my favourite quotes remains: “If I am not for myself, who will be for me?” This means, no matter how much recognition you get from the outside, you’d never feel worthy until you acknowledge and credit yourself, first.

It’s not about being humble; it’s about knowing that you are worthy of every good thing happening to you right now, and the ones yet to come.

So start acknowledging yourself Dear Queen, YOU are worthy!
