Prominent business women, heads of organisations and young entrepreneurs gathered at the launch of “Essential Woman Magazine” which took place on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at The Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi Lagos.

The publisher of Essential Group, Titi Ogufere and Ekua Abudu the Editor of Essential Woman Magazine were thrilled to have Oby Ezekwesili as the cover of their maiden edition. Mrs Ezekwesili was joined by fellow speaker Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli to trigger an exchange of viewpoints ahead of a panel discussion themed “Character, The Newest Currency”.

Panelists included sizzling experts from diverse professions such as Ada Osakwe, Ego Boyo, Kehinde Nwani and Vivien Shobo, while the moderator was Ononuju Irukwu. The Panel discussion ensured on-the-spot interaction between panelists and the incredibly passionate community of women in attendance.

Essential Woman Magazine looks forward to working with more incredibly talented women to create engaging content to build on the momentum created by their other brands, Essential Interiors Magazine and Essential Traveller Magazine.

The magazine aims to promote and showcase business women of diverse occupations and provide opportunities that will encourage growth professionally, personally and resourcefully. It highlights inspirational success stories while addressing some of the challenges that women in business face in Nigeria.
