The 5th Edition of the Dabira Women Conference, one of the most anticipated women conferences, has been scheduled to hold on Saturday, September 30 at the Muson Center, Shell Hall Onikan, Lagos.

The theme of this year’s conference is: Power of a Woman (Powering Your Potential).

Organisers of the event will also be celebrating 10 years of women empowerment and community impact.

Expatiating further on the purpose of the event, the organizers said: “When the woman was created, it was for a purpose. God knew He wanted something more, something He could put a lot more into. He gave women the ability, and capacity to carry more, and that is why He put inside of every woman, something men do not have- the womb!

“The Woman has the ability to create, nurture and to transform, which reaches out to every area of her life, relationship, profession or business.
When a woman understands the power she has, she begins to appreciate who she is, love herself, feel important to the creation of mankind, and live the purpose she was created for.”

Speakers at this year’s conference are Dr. Elishama Ideh, Dr. Ada Ezeka, Lilian Adegbola and Dr. Kemi Jorge-Oyewusi.

Panelists who would be discussing the topic Living Above Pain include Chioma Onyiuke, Jodie Great, Nkechi Harry Ngonadi and Adenike Oyetunde.

Admission is free and interested participants can register at www.dabiraconference.com or http://www.dabiraconference.com/who-we-are/.

The Guardian Nigeria and Guardian Woman are official media partners at this event that commences at 10:00am.
