BLAM conference holds December 1

Blooming Amazons Ministry (BLAM) a for-purpose, faith-based organisation that supports and encourages women to live to their full potential and contribute their quota to their society and nation, is organizing a conference themed Undaunted on December 1.

Organiser of the conference Tolulope Tunde-Ajiboye explains: “Undaunted is one of BLAM’s conferences where we bring older women to speak to younger women from their own real-life experiences according to Titus 2:3-5 TPT. One of the ways we achieve our objectives is by organizing conferences and seminars to challenge women to press for more.”

Speakers at the event are Ochuko Momoh- serial entrepreneur and founder, Praying Women; Nkechi Harry Ngonadi- fashion icon, Creative Director of NHN Couture and Revivalist; Pastor Seun Uwubanmwen, co-pastor, His Treasure House, and sought-after speaker, and Laurie Idahosa- preacher, author and wife of Bishop Feb Idahosa.

Of note is the #BeautyforAshes segment of the conference that would be featuring three ladies who would share how the Almighty turned their mess into a message…Real women, Real Pain, Real Victory.

Dorcas survived a ghastly motor accident that not only left her body with devastating scars but also claimed the life of her brother and friends.

Naomi ran away from home at 22, suffered domestic violence for years, got divorced at 30 and became a single mum with two sons.

Vera is also a survivor of all forms of abuse.

“All these amazing ladies have now become handmaidens in the hand of the master and they will be honouring us with the gift of being vulnerable as they tell us about their journey to redemption,” says Tunde-Ajiboye.

The conference will hold at the National University Commission Auditorium on 26, Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
