The Maltavator Challenge, Season 2, recently concluded its regional auditions in Lagos to the delight of thousands of participants, with only four picking tickets to participate in the in the grand finale.

It would be recalled that the challenge took place in five cities – Ibadan, Benin, Enugu, Abuja, and Lagos – with four participants winning tickets from each city for the grand finale.

The winners from the Lagos region are Rufai Olasunkanmi, Melvin Enoch, Otobong Idoresit and Ogechukwu Eudora.

In attendance during the audition were Bunmi George and Seyi Olusore, top fitness enthusiasts in Lagos, Regina Giwa, Fit Lawyer, and McAnthony Francis Osagie, Season 1 finalist.

The Maltavator Challenge is a pan-African TV show, which brings together contestants from Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Cote D’Ivoire and Ethiopia to compete in mentally and physically challenging obstacle courses for a chance to win $20,000, and other fantastic prizes. Six Maltavators shall be selected from the Grand Finale to represent Nigeria during the TV show.

Senior Brand Manager, Malta Guinness, Ifeoma Agu, said the challenge features key African markets for the company that include Ghana, Corte d’vour, Ethiopia, Cameroon and Nigeria, noting, “This is a platform that showcases young people who are fit, smart and have the ‘can do’ spirit which all the characters that Malta Guinness brings to bear.”
