Hebrews 11:11 “Through faith also, Sarah herself received strength to conceive seed,… because SHE JUDGED HIM FAITHFUL WHO HAD PROMISED.” Titus 1:2 “In hope of eternal life, WHICH GOD; THAT CANNOT LIE; promised before the world began”.

ALTHOUGH all things are possible with God, but THREE THINGS ARE IMPOSSIBLE with Him: He cannot LIE, He cannot DIE and He cannot FAIL. One of the fundamental bases of our trust in God is His moral attributes, His impeccable Holiness and eternal nature.

God exhibits absolute, undiluted Holiness and integrity. God Almighty is never capricious, as He is consistently immutable and reliable. It is difficult to trust in someone that is not reliable, whose words and promises cannot be trusted.

The God and Father of our LORD JESUS, Who is also the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is consistently consistent, reliable and trustworthy. The Scripture declares that THIS GOD CANNOT LIE. It is never in His nature or character TO TELL OR ACT A LIE.

A cow cannot fly, a fish cannot walk and a pig cannot bark. So, it is impossible for God to act or tell a lie. The Scripture further declares that God is not a MAN OR A PRODUCT OF A MORTAL MAN. Numbers 23:19 (AMP) “God is not A MAN that He should TELL OR ACT A LIE; neither THE SON OF MAN that He should feel repentance or compunction for what He has promised. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and SHALL HE NOT MAKE IT GOOD?” The best of men at their best are still men – fallible, sometimes irresponsible, sometimes irrational, political or hypocritical.

But God will never break His covenant. Psalm 89: 34- 35 “MY COVENANT WILL I NOT BREAK; nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Once have I SWORN BY MY HOLINESS THAT I WILL NOT LIE unto David.” God is a COVENANT KEEPER never a COVENANT BREAKER.

In the natural, somebody can make a promise but may not be alive to fulfil it. God, Who gives the promises, is an ETERNAL GOD that can never die. Isaiah 40: 28-29 “Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard, that THE EVERLASTING GOD, THE LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, FAINTETH NOT, neither is WEARY?” Revelation 1: 8 “I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the LORD, which is and which was and which is to come, the Almighty”. Revelation 1: 18 “I am He that liveth and was dead and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death”.

He is the One that LIVES FOREVER MORE. Finally, the Living God of Heaven and earth CANNOT FAIL. He is Omnipotent. When He speaks, His Words are Decrees, Laws and Statutes that must be carried out. John 10:35 (AMP) “So, men are called gods by the Law; men to whom God’s message came – and the SCRIPTURE CANNOT BE SET ASIDE OR CANCELLED OR BROKEN OR ANNULLED”.

God stands by His Word to perform and God and His Words are One. Those who received supernatural intervention of God in times past, were those that chose to trust in this God, Who cannot lie, die or fail. Today, no matter what has happened, trust in the God and Father of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.

PRAYER: Father, what a privilege to Have a Heavenly Father God that will never lie, die or fail His children. I trust in You today. I rely on You. I throw all my challenges on You. I judge You faithful Who has promised. I believe I receive my miracles in JESUS MIGHTY NAME.
