The proprietress of Flower Mound Children School, Irene Dumuje has identified a sound foundation and qualitative learning as key ingredients to the overall development of a child.

While admitting that she was lucky to be a beneficiary of one of the top nursery schools in the country, Dumuje however observed that the standard of education abroad was far above comparison with that of Nigeria.

“Knowing the standard of education and quality of schools abroad, I needed to set up an early years school to give our children an adequate head start. With our blended curriculum, we focus on the unique potentials of each child by building a long lasting foundation.

She noted that a child’s early years, from birth to age six is the time when tremendous amount of learning is achieved .

“Fully registered with Lagos State Ministry of Education and other school management bodies, Flower Mound Children’s School has come to stay as one of the set- the- bar schools in the country,” she stated.

The proprietress further added that classes in the school are fully equipped with ideal Montessori materials that cover all aspects of practical life, language, and culture.

“We boast of a safe and well-furnished playground which also aids in learning and improves the children’s motor skills with current facilities.

The School, according to her, also boasts of dedicated, qualified and teaching and non-teaching staff with adequate security measures in place.

“On a mission with a vision, Flower Mound Children’s School in the next five years will be “known as a school for setting the foundations that helps children become independent, confident, happy, creative, disciplined and productive individuals in the society” She concluded.
