– Boethius

Until you know yourself and your ‘Personality Type’ you will not be Truly Fulfilled, Satisfied and Firing on ALL Cylinders towards the SUCCESSFUL LIFE that you deserve.

Many people go through the cycle of life feeling Unfulfilled, Unsatisfied, Unhappy and Discontent. Due to the ‘Rat Race” its almost impossible for them to Switch or Exit to Pursue their Purpose and Passion which Aligns with their Personality Type, Natural Gifts and Talent – In FACT it is the Key to Achieving Purpose Effortlessly and Finding Fulfillment, Happiness and Satisfaction in life.

“It’s a sad FATE for a man to die too well known by everyone, but still unknown to himself” –  Francis Bacon

Three reasons why you should know your personality type

1) You are able to accept people’s differences and are able to live with and work better with other people. You are able to understand why certain people behave in certain ways and make decisions the way they do. This also helps build stronger bonds in marriage

2) It gives you an assurance that you’re okay and not crazy. Some people can’t function in crowded rooms and loud music; however that is where and how others function at their best. Some like quiet, tranquil and peaceful environments, while it drives other nuts.

3) You can manage certain roles and responsibilities better and more effectively. Understanding what makes you tick is key to optimization, why do you do what you do, what are your critical personality needs? How do you like to organize things such that you can be most effective during the day? What makes you feel at your best and what makes you feel balanced and most in tune with yourself? What role, career and business best suits you? How can you best manage your energy?

Based on our personality tendencies we create our strengths and weaknesses.
These strengths can however be weaknesses in a different context and environment. I also believe that every weakness can also be strengths in a different context and environment.

We all have our preferences on what strengths we find the most useful, and what weaknesses we see as the most detrimental. Some personality types are compatible with others and some get into conflict with each other
