NUC approves more programmes for Caleb University

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved a new list of programmes for Caleb University, Imota in Lagos State for the 2017/2018 academic session.

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved a new list of programmes for Caleb University, Imota in Lagos State for the 2017/2018 academic session.

The new full-time undergraduate programmes to be run in the institution include Taxation, Environmental Management and Toxicology, Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, Public Administration, Computer Science, as well as courses in Post Graduate Diplomas (PGD) and Master Degree programmes.

The Public Relations Officer of the university, Elvis Efe Otobo, said: “The institution will now admit students into the new programmes and those courses in which it has excelled over the years in the 2017/2018 academic session.”

The NUC had earlier approved the institution’s programmes in the Colleges of Environmental Sciences and Management, Pure and Applied Sciences, Arts, Social and Management Sciences, with options in entrepreneurship, marketing, general business, as well as the College of Postgraduate Studies (COPOS).
