InstinctWave Media unveils Nigeria public sector conference, awards
InstinctWave Media, a publishing and event company and organizers of MarketingWorld Awards, Ghana Telecoms Awards and Africa Brand Conference UK has announced the launch of the maiden edition of Nigeria Public Sector Conference and Awards.
The event, scheduled to take place at the prestigious LadiKwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel Abuja in June 2016 is the first of its kind and is powered by Africa Public Sector Magazine, Africa’s first one stop Public Sector magazine that deals with government policies, growth, development, reforms and probes the impact of the sector on the general citizenry. Nigeria Public Sector Conference and Awards will create an arena in which Nigeria public sector institutions can discuss best practice and be competitive in the sector.
The Nigeria Public Sector Awards will recognize excellence in the delivery of public services to Nigerians by the public sector organizations and the stakeholder businesses supporting national growth.
In a statement, the Chief Executive Officer of InstinctWave and Group Publisher of African Sector Magazine, Mr. Akin Naphtal said the private sector has witnessed different kinds of awards and recognitions over the years. It may be interesting, to note that, the public sector, according to him, has however been underrated and discredited with failure and negativity.
It is on this note the maiden Nigeria Public Sector Awards will commence with a conference, discussing challenges and the way forward in making public sectors in the country vibrant and up their game in contributing to the development of the country.
The Nigeria Public Sector Conference and Awards will be an annual event as the sector plays a significant role in creating employment and contributing various services to the development of the economy.
The event will bring together the best innovative and efficient performers from Nigeria Public sector.
