Kano varsity offers automatic employment to 35 first class graduates

Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil, has offered automatic employment to 35 best graduating students.

Vice Chancellor of the university Prof. Shehu Musa Alhaji, disclosed this at the orientation for 2017/2018 fresh students of the school.

He said the automatic employment was part of the institution’s policy to offer scholarship and cultivate intellectual development.

The university also decorated 10 of the best graduates, already engaged in the institution, with role model awards.

The VC disclosed that the school would commence courses in pharmaceutical and veterinary sciences in the next academic session.

He said the university has more than 3,000 student’s hostel capacity for fresh students, adding that female students are given automatic accommodation to protect them. 

Shehu urged the new intakes to be disciplined and obey the rules and regulations.
