To be a successful entrepreneur, an expert, Nate Kennedy has hated on the importance of self teaching in the line of any given task.

Nate Kennedy has always been willing to bet on himself because he knows that he’ll put in the work needed to succeed. From starting out in college to losing everything in the 2008 recession, Kennedy was able to navigate toward success by being eager to go against the grain and try out the new and untested markets.

But how could he accomplish such a rapid shift back in 2008, when most online markets were still being rallied against for their impact on grocery and mom-and-pop stores? “FOCUS – There is no lack of information or people fighting for your business when you get started. You will need to avoid shiny object syndrome. Being able to keep focus on your goal and execute effectively will help you succeed.”

Another factor that aids in Kennedy’s success is that he’s focused his attention so long on entrepreneurial work that the difficulties that seem insurmountable to those who are new in the industry are routine issues that he knows how to navigate. “I have been an entrepreneur for 90% of my business career and everything I do in the marketing niche has been self-taught from doing the work to figure it out… When I dove into Online Marketing I saw the Lifestyle piece of it. – I was sold on the idea of working from anywhere using a phone and computer.”

Kennedy enjoys incredible success now, due to his efforts and willingness to take risks. “I’ve owned multiple businesses over the years and currently own, invest in, and operate as a board member to different companies. A marketing agency that runs FB Ads for the home services industry (Optimized Assets). A Media Company (Click Movement). An Education/Content Company (Marketing Rebels).”

But these companies aren’t enough to curb Kennedy’s desire for expansion. He has enough projects laid out to keep him occupied for years to come. “We have a few in the works. One is launching our 1-Step Funnel Training Program to help Entrepreneurs build a High-Profit, Lifestyle driven business. We also launched the Marketing Cartel, which is our high-level mastermind for Lifestyle Entrepreneurs. One more project in the pipeline is Modern Patriots, an apparel company that focuses on Respect for our Country and Compassion for our People.” On top of all of this, Kennedy is working on a novel that details the methods he’s used to achieve success. While still in the works, it’s focus on mindset and tenacity will prove to make it a valuable resource in the future.

Kennedy managed to bounce back from economic devastation due to hard work and single-minded determination, and he now offers the lessons he learned to others. “Break Free from people’s opinions. Everyone has opinions, so being able to determine what ones to listen to was a big obstacle as well.”
