Speaking at the presentation ceremony held at the main campus of the university, the President of the youth forum, Isah Abubakar said the award followed Adebogun’s unalloyed commitment to the nation’s educational growth as well as youth advancement across the country.

Abubakar noted that Adebogun’s contributions, through his scholarship schemes has helped many to gain access to world- class education which made it possible for those out-of-school to experience qualitative learning.

He equated the efforts of the founder to that of the first prime minister of an independent Nigeria, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa who worked tirelessly to make life better for his people.
