Ansarud-ud-deen harps on cultivating the media for better delivery, others

The Ansarud-ud-deen Society of Nigeria has stressed the need for the missionaries to adopt good communication skills in their quest for religious propagation.

To take full advantage of the opportunities that the media offers the religion, the foremost Islamic group recently collaborated with media practitioners to chart a way forward for the public relations officers.

Speaking at the forum, the National Publicity Secretary of Ansarud-ud-deen, Alhaji Abdulrahman Olabode Salaudeen, stressed the need for the organisation to strengthen its relationship with the media through routine visitations.

“We need good synergy with journalists in the Nigeria media organisation” he said.

Abdurrahman commended Muslim journalists for their commitment to attaining such critical position in the society.

He enjoined missioners to improve on their presentation, language and diction skills because they are image of the society.

Chief Imam Tajudeen Bolanle, spoke about challenges of publicity in Ansarud-ud-deen society and the mechanism for public speaking to work effectively in the society.
