Smartflow, Energy 360 tackle fuel retailing challenges

Smartflow Technologies, a flow and level automation company in Nigeria, and Energy 360 (E360) Africa Limited, a retail fuels technology company, have introduced a solution that uses the power of real-time data to reduce operational losses.These include fuel losses, thereby lowering operational costs, lower operational control breaches, and improve margins for fuel retailers.
 
The Chief Executive Officer of Energy360 Africa Limited, Dolapo Adeyeye, described the E360 Station Manager as an innovative cloud based software, which optimises business operations, margins, and ensures proper controls at the forecourt.
 
According to him, the E360 Station analytics helps to manage fuel business more effectively, by delivering real-time information that can be accessed whenever and wherever the need arises.

 
He added that Energy360’s solutions take into cognisance that retailing of petroleum products requires a huge capital outlay for infrastructure, and procuring products, while having razor thin margins; critical success factors will include cutting costs, and running an efficient operation.
