VConnect, Truecaller seal pact to deepen business prospects for SMEs
In a bid to deepen business prospects for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) Vconnect, a business engagement platform, has partnered with Truecaller, a communication apps in the world to launch Truecaller Priority.
The truecaller priority feature will improve efficiency in connecting consumers with the right local businesses to increase call pickup rates and limit chances of missed opportunities for local SMEs.
The Director, Strategic Partnerships at Truecaller said, Arun Krishnan, said “Enhancing communication experience is critical for businesses which adds to the daily efficiency. Calls placed are clearly marked as ‘Vconnect Services’ and color coded in purple. This will assure the recipient that the call is not a spam, but from a genuine customer trying to reach the business through VConnect.
