Tell Communications partners NSC on maritime summit

TELL Communications Limited has partnered with Nigerian Shippers Council on Maiden Maritime Summit to espouse the economic opportunities in the maritime industry with a view to endearing an effective participation.

At the media briefing, the Chief Operating Officer of Tell Communication, Dejo Oyawale, said, oil has been a blessing to Nigeria but the country did not make good use of the revenue derived from the oil sector.

Oyawale stated that, our organization are in collaboration with NSC with objective towards the Nigerian government to change their focus on crude oil and be diversify to other areas that will add value and positive economy to the country.

He said, the Maritime Summit 2015 initiative would create an enabling environment for business to succeed and create more jobs for unemployment youth in the country. Adding that, today, the factor controlling oil in the world market is fluctuating over the price, which doesn’t guarantee the economic future in the country.

According to the NSC Deputy Director of Corporate Affairs, Nweke Ignatius, said, our partnership with a good oriented media, Tell Communication will bring a positive change to the maritime industry and create the need to address the imbalances in the nations international trade.
