Orwu canvasses more investments in Rivers

To fast-track, the ease of doing business and attract investors to Rivers State, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO), Victoria Creek Gardens Estate (VCGE), Michael Orwu, has urged the people of the state to invest in the property.

He said that opportunities abound in real estate, food/agriculture, oil/gas, tourism, hotel/hospitality, small-scale businesses among others in the state.

“Invest in Rivers State if you love it. VCGE was born out of love for my place, and the idea is to develop an urban-wonder in the Niger Delta region,” Orwu said in an interview on youtube (Click here) .

The interview, which took place at the VCG2 site, also featured the project manager Mr. Anthony Nwohu, who spoke on the current status of the project and the execution process so far. He also disclosed the approach that has been employed by Ampal Construction Nigeria Ltd to guarantee top-grade production of the houses.

This interview addressed the rising concerns of people regarding the development of the massive housing scheme; it showcased the progress to date and revealed the development proposition as construction continued.
