No fuel crises under my watch, says IPMAN boss
Newly elected President of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, IPMAN, Engr Sanusi Abdufari has assured Nigerians that there would be no fuel crises under his watch.
Abdufari stated this to newsmen shortly after he was honoured in Katsina state by officials of the association on his recent election. He said he “would do his best to ensure availability of petroleum products” in every nook and cranny of the country.
He also said that his four-year tenure would ensure that the federal government does not jerk up prices of petroleum products. Abdufari said the association was working to bring harmony within IPMAN and reconcile all factions with a view to moving it forward.
“We are not unaware of challenges facing us as officials of IPMAN; we need prayers to address these challenges,” he said. Earlier, chairman of the association in the state, Hamza Abdulaziz said recent election of the new president was a blessing to its members.
Abdulaziz said IPMAN in the state would work with the new president to bring positive change within the association.
