Mutual Benefits promises seamless service delivery   

The Chairman of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Akin Ogunbiyi has promised its customers to be the fastest growing insurance company through innovative product this year.

Speaking during the 21st yearly thanksgiving ceremony of the firm in Lagos, Ogunbiyi, explained that the goal of the new strategic thrust is to see the firm become the number one insurance company in Nigeria.

According to him, “At the company level, 2017 is the first year of our new five year strategic roadmap. The board and management have spent the last six months working with the firm of KPMG in crafting this five year vision for the organisation.”

He said: “Our strategic aspiration is anchored on the following which are to be the number one in customer service delivery; to lead the industry in efficiency and profitability.”
