Managing Director, Ronke Adedeji, explained that the innovation was a result of careful research and the firm belief of the organisation to empower her clients.

Leadway Pensure PFA, has introduced an online pension application portal for self-initiated additional voluntary contribution and 25 per cent relief withdrawals as part of efforts to serve its clients better .

Managing Director, Ronke Adedeji, explained that the innovation was a result of careful research and the firm belief of the organisation to empower her clients.

“This is an industry first as no other PFA currently provides this service. She explained that the platform not just a “dump” for requisite documents but also highly interactive and has several features that let users keep track of the status of their applications,” she disclosed.

According to her, Leadway Pensure is not new in coming up with innovative solutions. Sometime last year, the organisation launched the 24 hour personal identification number (PIN) generation, a first in the pension industry. Today that capability has been stretched with customers receiving their PINS minutes after completion of the RSA form.

This capability is also available on the Leadway Pensure Mobile App.
