Food and beverages manufacturer, CWAY Nigeria, has reiterated its commitment to the production of quality goods for which it has been known for since its inception in 2004.

Deputy Director Administration, Tony Ojuomola, speaking at a press conference to mark the 10th year anniversary of CWAY Nutri-Milk in Lagos, said the company would continue to build on the successes recorded in the last one decade.

“We are happy that one of our top brands is clocking 10, the product that have stood the test of time and made us developed a good relationship with our business partners, loyal consumers and has also brought profit and growth to the company and created employment for many.

Nutri-Milk is not just a brand but a premium brand of an idea that translated into a brand in the line of production in CWAY that calls for celebration.

“Ten years in the life of a company is indeed a time to note and a time to take stock. We had a fruit drink one of the novelty product that was introduced into the market, that turns out to be a celebrated brand after that we introduced Nutri-Milk that became the chief top driver of our product line and we are so happy to share the good news that come July 14, 2017, we shall gather together to celebrate the premium brand. We have decided to do this because we want to tell our story ourselves, we don’t want to go the way the others went by leaving everything for the social media to decide. We felt one of the best way is to invite our friends from the press to help tell the true story of what we’re about celebrating, how we started and our plans for the future; As a product that have been around for a decade and stood the test of time, we felt the need to celebrate with a great gala night.

On the brand impact on host communities since 2007, he said “CWAY has been known not only for production of qualities products and getting out from the host communities but also giving back to the people, especially in the area of social responsibility; we have two caregivers home that gets our support on monthly basis, Ijamido children home in Ota, Ogun State and SOS children village, Isolo Lagos. These are areas where direct CSR has been made and apart from that, we also make donations to schools and religious bodies and to children parties, all these put together is to make sure that the brand have a leverage of giving back to the society.

On the company’s success story, he said “Nutri-Milk product line was established in 2007 and shortly after its introduction to the Nigerian markets, we were really thrilled and surprised how fast it gained market acceptance and grew onwards, one of the reasons was the favourable government policies of both Lagos and Ogun State at that time.

On his part, the General Manager, Figo Zheng said, “As we appreciate our numerous partners and consumers for their unwavering belief in our products for the last ten years, we are assuring everyone that we will continue to make sure that the quality of Nutri-Milk is sustained in spite of the dwindling exchange rate in the country. We encourage our customers to continue to stand for a united Nigeria by joining our campaign in this time “” sharing Nutri-Milk, and sharing love.

Giving his overview on the celebration, the Deputy General Manager, Sales and Marketing, Moses Wang said, “We have extended as far as to our partners in the Middle Belt and all the geo-political zones in the country an opportunity to mark the day with us; we also have the company Corporate social responsibility (CSR) donation to the host communities, we also have a consumer sensitization campaign promotion which is going to be a series of market activation that will take place in major cities such as Lagos, Abuja, Eket, Uyo, Kano, Onitsha and among other.
