In line with one of the company’s goals for 2019 to ensure sterling and world class service to customers at every point of contact.
The Group Head of Strategy and Marketing at AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, Kola Oni, stated, “It is in the company’s DNA to consistently provide exceptional service that leaves memorable experiences in the minds of the customers.
According to him, We promise to make customers our partners, not just premium payers. All our employees also understand that brand’s promise to our clients are sufficiently equipped and willing to deliver on this promise at all times.”
He noted that, “In an attempt to serve our customers better, the company has a number of initiatives geared towards the continuous improvement of services.
One such initiative is the AXA First Responder service which provides on- the spot assistance to customers at accident scenes, including immediate claims settlement for smaller sums.”
