Air France names Kunle Afolayan as brand ambassador

Airfrance KLM has signed Nollywood actor and film director, Kunle Afolayan as its brand ambassador. The partnership according to the airline is aimed at creating entertainment to integrate social development in the country.

Speaking at an event in Lagos to sign the deal, General Manager, Airfrance KLM, Jean-Raoul Tauzin said, the airline is convinced that the partnership would help promote the heritage of modern culture.  “We are very pleased to have someone from the entertainment industry joining us.

Commercial Director, Airfrance KLM, Arthur Dieffenthaler said the deal covers several projects of mutual benefits which will run through the end of 2016. He noted that the deal also stands as parts of efforts to showcase Nollywood movies across the globe. “We connect people, friends and families throughout the globe.

We have connected over 70 countries in the world as part our topmost priority to provide quality services to our customers. He stated that connecting and exporting movies is one of the tools to create integration adding that investment in culture would help share values bringing fun into the system and development in Nigeria.

On his part, Nollywood actor and film director, Kunle Afolayan said the importance of the deal was to showcase and represent the airline in every of its production.

He said there is a bond between the airline and Nigerian entertainment industry adding that the airline has a feel of Nigeria’s culture in developing our nation.

The film director who is known for producing films, documentaries and commercials said he would be featuring the airline as official partner and sponsor in its further production. He appreciated family, friends and fans for their support towards achieving his milestone in the movie industry.
