Ojaide hosts writers in Warri

The community of creative writers is invited to the yearly assembly of writers at Professor Tanure Ojaide’s Warri residence at No. 9 Ubuara Close, Behind Jefia Estate, Off PTI Road, Effurun, Delta State, on Saturday, January 2, 2016. Time is 11am.

A renowned African poet, novelist and short story writer, Professor Ojaide is a Fellow in Writing of the University of Iowa and currently The Frank Porter Graham Professor of Africana Studies at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, U.S.A.

This year’s event will also feature other renowned critics and writers such as Professor G.G. Darah, Dr. Sunny Awhefeada, Dr. Ogaga Okuyade, Dr. Enajite Ojaruega, Dr. Ebi Yeibo, Peter Omoko, Emmanuel Esemedafe, Stephen Kekeghe, among others.
