AlejoAfter an exciting outing at the Lagos Creative Industry Fair, Eko Akete 2015, Alejo has been selected to wrap up this year’s edition of Theatre@Terra, Terra Kulture’s partnership with independent producers for the promotion of live theatre.

In a very hilarious manner, Alejo portrays the story of a beautiful young girl who’s infected with a strange disease. Locked outside the doors of friendship and love by family and colleagues, she suffers rejection, humiliation and is utterly depressed. She embarks on a journey to nowhere. Her mission is revenge! She lurks around waiting for a victim… Who will fall prey?

Written and directed by Wazobia Theatre House-led Mr. Ikenna Jude Okpala, Alejo is a creative fusion of dance, drama and music and features a great ensemble of versatile performers including Okeke Stanley, Alexander Okwumah, Ihuoma Daniel, Silvia, Oko-Oboh, Gbadamosi Jubril, Balogun Adeleke and Justina Afor. Alejo has the support of Terra Kulture, Vfox, United Leisure and IN3k8Media.

Alejo will be on stage for two Sundays, December 20 & 27, 2015. Venue is Terra Kulture, Plot 1376 Tiamiyu Savage Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. Time is 3pm & 6pm each day.
