Rotary elects Amuwa, Gbagada South President
Rotary International, Gbagada South has elected Nelson Amuwa as its 13th President.
According to a statement, Amuwa, a graduate of Accounting of the University of Benin with an MBA from the University of Lagos, is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria.
He has worked with many notable stockbroking and financial institutions before joining the Central Bank of Nigeria as a Bank examiner.
“Rotarian President Nelson Amuwa joined Rotary club of Gbagada South in 2006 where he served in various committees. Before emerging as President, he also served in other capacities while discharging humanitarian services. He was elected to the exalted position of the Rotarian President in December 2014”, the statement read.
