Rep, NDE train women in Lagos
The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has packaged a programme for women in Lagos State designed to ensure that they are gainfully employed in different fields of endeavor.
Besides the empowerment programme put together in collaboration with Rotimi Agunsoye a member representing Kosofe Federal Constituency in the House of Representative, would help to deplete the unemployment fold among women in Lagos state.
In her message to the kick off ceremony of the progamme, Senator Oluremi Tinubu representing Lagos Central at the Senate, urged the women to be focused and exploit the opportunity to achieve the desired result.
Tinubu represented by Mrs. Grace Giwa also charged government agencies to use the medium to help the women, noting that, if women were properly trained and empowered, Nigeria would be a better nation.
