The Productivity Enhancement Forum (PEF), a cell in Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) has graduated 300 persons and empowered another 23 with different tools from its Business Academy Empowerment Centre (BAEC).

The coordinator, PEF, Pastor Olakunle Shiwoniku, told The Guardian, that story of the empowerment scheme started in 2002.

He explained that the 2019 edition with the theme ‘No barriers, No limit, Increase’, started in 2002 is aimed helping the people.

He added that what the academy is doing is to tell the people about money, about financial, and other things.

“We are have graduated over 300 people so far. All what the church is trying to do is to seek the wealth of the people because it’s important for the people to be comfortable.

“We have spent close to N5 million since we started this academy in 2018. We will continue to do what we are doing, as much as God gives us the power, we will continue to empower the people; there is so much poverty in the land and we want to make our people wealthy that are our calling. Everybody must increase.”

On his part, Director of Studies, BAEC, Taiwo Oluwadara, said: “BAEC was established to tackle the problem of unemployment and poverty that is ravaging the society. God made a covenant with our father in the Lord that MFM members will be the richest in the world, and in actualising that covenant, we are doing all these to kick poverty out of the lives of the people and unemployment will not ravage our people.

“We have thrown the door open Nigerians who will want to enjoy the benefit. In all, we have 12 courses in the academy. It is an intensive programme for one week.”
