To guarantee its customers of quality local solutions and services, technology firm, Inlaks recently received ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000:2011 Certifications.

Unveiling the certifications in Lagos, Director of Sales and Strategy, Infrastructure Business Division, Inlaks, Tope Dare, said, ‘‘we know that to be consistent in our delivery of top-notch information technology services, we need to operate like the best in class, and that is why we have adopted the tools, processes, and procedures that will make us win.

“We are not only providers of world-class technology solutions to our numerous clients, but we are huge technology consumers ourselves and we know that technology when properly used will enable us to achieve reliable, effective, consistent and continuous improvement on our IT services delivery to our customers.”

Speaking on the impact of the certification on local content development, Dare noted that the certifications will indicate to all their customers that all locally produced solutions and services that Inlaks delivers have gone through a checklist that certifies it to be world class, and they can be accepted in any part of the world as being of high quality.

“As an organisation that takes great pride in the products and services we consistently deliver to our customers. Hence, we can assure our customers that they are dealing with a company that prioritizes its customer and is committed to world-class service.’’

Highlighting other benefits of the certification, he pointed that the ISO 9001:2015 certification ensures they maintain their focus to serve customers better and deliver on promises, while the ISO 20000:20 enables their employees to be more productive and reduces risk by enforcing compliance with regulations.
