Forum lists entrepreneurship development for jobs‘ creation

STAKEHOLDERS at the just concluded yearly Lashone Link forum in Lagos have emphasised need to create an enabling environment for entrepreneurship development and employment generation in the country.

They reiterated that enabling environment and employment generation is the only panacea to the lingering socio-economic challenges facing the country.

The Chief Executive Officer, Lashone Links, Lanre Shonekan, while harping on the need for the government to partner major economic players said Public Private Partnership (PPP) has become necessary.

He said: “It is high time the government knew that they need the private sector and the private sector too needs to collaborate with the government to making sure that both parties map out modalities to solving this unemployment problems in the country”.
