Emefiele, French Ambassador to speak at bankers’ dinner

THE Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele and French Ambassador to Nigeria, Denys Gauer will tomorrow speak at the year’s Bankers’ dinner organized by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Scheduled to hold tomorrow, Friday, November 20, 2015, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, 3, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Victoria Island, Lagos, at 6:00 p.m, the apex bank governor is expected to deliver a keynote address on the policy thrust of the bank.

The yearly Bankers’ dinner which is the biggest high profile social forum annually organized by the Institute for the banking sector provides a unique opportunity and platform for eminent personalities including the captains of industry, diplomats, top government functionaries, legislators, accomplished businessmen and other distinguished stakeholders to network and interact under a convivial social setting.
“His Excellency, Denys Gauer, French Ambassador to Nigeria will present the Toast of the Federal Republic of Nigeria while the President, Nigeria Medical Association, Dr. Kayode Obembe will propose the Toast of the CIBN”, a statement from the Institute read in part.
