An e-commerce store, GoMarket, which promised to offer customers post-delivery services after every purchase has recently launched in Lagos.

In a bid to make a mark within its rapidly growing industry, GoMarket seeks to address situations that complete perfect shopping experience, adding value and empowering its customers.

Speaking at the launch in Lekki, GoMarket CEO, Anthony Nwosa, said: “We are not just another online store, we are that online marketplace that cares indeed.”

He noted that the idea behind the commencement of GoMarket is to ensure customers purchase any product of their choice as they do in the open market.

Nwosa also said GoMarket also recruited the services of a notable top nutritionist to help its customers with meal plans and consultancy, as it may affect their day-to-day consumption or health needs.

He explained: “Our website is broken down into the most popular markets, and have teamed up with the more likely, less tech-savvy entrepreneurs, farmers, traders, and market men and women to reach a wider audience nationwide.”

Nwosa added that the platform is committed to providing after purchase services to its customers.

GoMarket Chief operating officer, Chuka Anidi, who described the e-commerce platform as a dream birthed from the depths of care for an ideal shopping experience, said it would create opportunities for entrepreneurs to reach customers directly.

“We are building an ecosystem of collaboration, empowerment and value while constantly looking out for the innovation(s) to provide retail service wrapped in a bundle of care,” Anidi said.

As part of the launch, GoMarket is offering discounts and coupons to new users on its website- gomarket.com.ng as well as free deliveries in Lagos.
