Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams, has approved the appointment of new aides.

In a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Kehinde Aderemi, Aare Onakakanfo wishes to bring to the notice of public and the Oodua Progressive Union (OPU) in Diaspora, that Segun Akanni, a former chief of staff has progressed in his career pursuits.

According to him new appointments have therefore been made in the person of Kunle Lawal, and Samson Oseni, as Special Assistants, Information Technology (IT), and Special Duties, respectively.

Lawal, is a graduate of Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago- Iwoye,Ogun State, while Oseni, studied Business Administration from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

“I have also directed that nobody should, henceforth, relate with Akanni on my behalf and that of the office of the Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland.

“We promise to continue to promote the interest, identity and unity of Yorubaland, and project the race positively to the world,” the statement read in part.
