The site of the crash is also called Ribadu Cantonment.

NEMA has confirmed all the sevenpeople on board dead.

The plane which fell between two houses in the Cantonment, consumed one of the houses as it went up in flames on impact.

The site of the crash has been cordoned off by military personnel who stopped people from getting close.

There was still no official statement from NAF authorities at the time of this report.

This is the second fatal crash in the country in less than a month. Recently, a Sorry S-76C+ crashed into the Lagos Lagoon killing four persons.

With regards to Lagos Lagoon crash, Killing 6 persons, not four Guardian. Or weren’t the Pilot and Co-Pilots human beings?

Why the photo of a chopper? The NAF aircraft in the crash had fixed wings. That’s another journalistic sloppiness by the Guardian, isn’t that?
