The Connected Awards certifies 17 tech professionals in H1 2024

Global technology awarding brand, The Connected Awards, has announced the certification of 17 tech professionals as Global Tech Heroes based on public attestations.

Founder Qazeem Oladejo disclosed this while briefing the press on the brand’s journey and global mission plan. The Connected Awards, which started in 2021, has certified 91 professionals from over 10 countries worldwide since its inception.

The newly inducted Global Tech Heroes include United States-based professionals Joseph Mart, Amos Oyetoro, and Itunu (B.) Olufemi.

In the United Kingdom edition, winners include Andifon Micheal Etim, Fawaz Abaniwonda, Johnson Akinpelumi, Yusuff Adeniyi Giwa, Terpase Gagher, Oluwatimilehin Folagbade, and Omobolanle Mariam Adedeji.

In the South African edition, the certified Global Tech Heroes are Olorato Mosiane and Melo Mtombeni.

Nigerian edition winners include Daniel Ademeso, Abimbola Abiodun John, Odinaka George, Abbas Adeyinka Joda, and Oluwatosin Nelson.

The Connected Awards continues to raise the bar for outstanding professionals to emerge as winners through a written attestation process by peers about participants’ skills, contributions, and impacts.

Qazeem Oladejo stated, “We believe the best way to know a participating professional deserves the award is through attestations.” He emphasized that The Connected Awards’ attestation model has given the brand a unique perspective and increased its credibility.

“With due diligence, you can only verify information online, but with peer review, you get a better understanding of each participant and their accomplishments,” Qazeem added.
