MultiChoice extends call centre service hours for festive season

MultiChoice Nigeria, has once again reiterated its commitment ofbetter service delivery to its customers this festive season.

In efforts to shape the business in anticipation of customer needs, MultiChoice Call Centre operating hours will now be from 8a.m. to 12 a.m. Monday to Sunday from December 4th to 31st, while normal operating hours of 8a.m. to 9p.m. will resume from January 1st, 2018.

According to Managing Director, MultiChoice Nigeria, John Ugbe, the extension of the Call Centre operating hours is one of the ways the company is making it easier for customers to reach them during the festive season.

“By extending our operating hours, we will be able to enhance the level of service delivery this yuletide in a significant way,” Ugbe said.
 
He also said: “As a business, we take a ‘customer first’ approach which involves anticipating customer needs especially during the festive season when we know that families will sit together at home to enjoy our content.

They may also need to make enquiries or find out more about other products or services. We remain committed to implementing solutions that will resonate with our customers and lead to improved customer service,” he concluded.
