For those who thought he would not be relevant in playing major roles in who gets what in the next year governorship election, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu’s return could only be unsettling. For some of his core loyalists, it was a restoration of confidence to continue their agenda.

As we are still deconstructing the complexity and implications of last Wednesday’s almost thirteen-hour Court of Appeal’s judgment on the 2023 presidential elections, it is important to note the word on marble above as it dealt us a blow ten years ago when a perceived electoral injustice claimed the life of a former Governor of Ondo State.

Does the above majority decision satisfy the true meaning of Justice in the real sense of that word?  Has justice being served here? Personally I don’t think so, the choice of the people have been thwarted there using undue technicality.
