Conflict is the disagreement among different companies, organizations, countries in a society. Conflict can also be a disagreement between elements man-man, man-nature, man-animal, and man-machine. Peace is when disagreement,
violence is absent in a setting.
Peace and conflict is generally the violent and nonviolent behaviors as well as the structural mechanisms attending conflicts with a view towards understanding those processes which lead to a more desirable human condition.
the summit which occurred to stop conflict in the five eastern state and create peace is a very good thing.

Diversity and conflicts should be avoided in the country dating back to June 12, during Abiola regime where people lost their lives, families, loved ones. properties to mention a few.
The community did a good thing in trying to make peace reign and also the government joining hands to make sure the traditional rulers join in the peace reign.
