Samantha Soje is an 8-year-old fourth grader who is overwhelmingly brilliant and creative.

Sammy isn’t a one side of excellence, she is also a ballerina (ballet dancer) and has won several spelling bee competitions for her school just like she has won several cooking competitions. She’s exceptional in the way she thinks.

The strong love for cooking developed at a very tender age; she enjoys cooking and she sees the kitchen as her laboratory where several experiments can be carried out for her.

Samantha is in a world of her own whenever she’s in the kitchen. She loves to cook, bake, and fry. She was taught how to make doughnut and pancake by her aunty. Her favourite pancake recipe is called sammys special.

She was inspired to start her business when she noticed her family and friends would constantly crave and plead to her to make her special pancake for them.

She recorded more than #40,000 just from the sales to family and friends. She officially launched her business on her 8th birthday by making over 40 doughnuts and 40 pancakes all by herself. To her, it was a very brilliant method by which so many would get to know more about her products.

Samantha was very happy when she participated at the just concluded kidentrepreneurs fair (Kent fair) cooking competition.

Samantha came 1st out of nine contestants and that got her the spotlight at the event where she made three different egg dishes and since then, she has recorded and posted a lot of cooking tutorials videos to her Facebook page and instagram page so that others can also benefit from her expertise.

She sees her company as the best pancake/doughnut company in the country in the next 10 years because she believes no height is unattainable if you don’t stop doing what you love doing. She has a well-designed plan whereby her business does not affect her study.

According to Samantha, she puts a lot of effort in preparing her doughnut and pancake recipe, at times she works during the night in order to make an early morning delivery to her special customers.

Samantha wants to explore the world of food, it is her belief that she can attain just by doing what she enjoys doing best.
