Oliseh praises Eagles, as team resumes training in Port Harcourt
SUPER Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has heaped praises on the senior national team for their ‘impressive’ performance against Tanzania in the 2017 Nations Cup qualifier in Dar es Salaam at the weekend.
Speaking through the team’s Media Officer, Toyin Ibitoye, Oliseh said the game against Tanzania was an eye opener that has given him an insight into the lapses in the team.
He disclosed that more players would be injected into the Eagles to correct the lapses in the team as the Nations Cup qualifying series progressed, adding that he would not rest on his oars in the quest to restructure the team.
Oliseh revealed that the Eagles would resume training today ahead of the international friendly against Niger Republic billed for tomorrow at the Adokiye Amiesiamaka Stadium Port Harcourt.
