By all standards, he is a success story. With numerous estates scattered around Parkview, Ikoyi and Banana Island, there is no gainsaying that he is a big player in the property and real estate sector. Obviously, the best is yet to be heard about him.

But what is currently trending is that the man of repute is set to spoil himself more than ever before.

It was gathered that the property merchant has just acquired a large expansive of land a few metres away from his mansion in Parkview.

The multimillion-naira project, which commenced early this year, is expected to be completed by December.

“It is situated at Olusegun Aina Street and it will be the head office for all his numerous businesses. I can tell you that he is going to move in by December,” a source enthused.

Recently, Okeowo, a philanthropist per excellence, was honoured with the Exemplary Philanthropist Award by the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Lagos.

He is also said to be building a multimillion naira complex, named Sir Olu Okeowo Building, for Physiotherapy inside the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

Apart from this, the shrewd businessman is building a maternity centre in the heart of Lagos Island, with world-class medical equipment that would be solely sponsored by him.
