Preparations are at top stage as Osinachi crooner, Ekenedilichukwu Ijemba well known as Humblesmith is plans to shut down the Convention Centre, Eko Hotel, Lagos with his first major concert.

Tagged The Osinachi Concert, the event is scheduled to hold on Sunday, August 12, 2018.

The singer had earlier in June released his debut studio album titled, Osinachi, off the back of his hit single with the same title.

The 22 track album also contains hit singles like Attracta, a song he did with Mavin diva, Tiwa Savage, Focus, Abakaliki2Lasgidi featuring Olamide and Jukwese with Hiplife superstar, Flavour N’Abania.

According to those in the know, Humblesmith through the gig aims to deliver one of the biggest music concerts this year, as the music event will be his biggest headline yet, since he made his debut four years ago.

He will be joined on stage by a number of stars, who featured on the album including Tiwa Savage, Olamide, Davido, Harrysong, Rudeboy, and Patoranking among others.

Speaking about the concert, N-Tyze Entertainment chief, Bob Kelly Ovie said: “Humblesmith has come a long way and it is only normal that he stages a concert that is befitting of his status and the amount of work he has put into the industry.

I just want everyone to come out on August 12. I promise you that you will be so wowed.”

Humblesmith started out his career in the entertainment industry as an actor in Asaba, Delta State, starring in a number of films including Hypertension (2010) with Sam Loco Efe of blessed memory

He left Asaba and returned to Ebonyi State, and later came back to Delta State to focus on music career.

In 2012, he left Asaba for Lagos, where he recorded his debut single, Chairmoo in 2014.

Determined to succeed, he started scouting for shows and performed for free until he was signed by DG Records, who were impressed with his performance at one of his numerous outing.

In 2015 released his breakout single, Osinachi featuring Eze Nunu and Ezege master, Phyno, which caught the interest of Davido, leading to a remix of the song in 2016. The success of this singles made him a household name on the music scene.

The song earned him a nomination spot in the Best New Act category at the 2016 edition of the Nigeria Entertainment Awards, and was nominated in the Hottest Single category at the same event.
