Island club hosts Ambode to Christmas Eve dance
It was fun galore last Sunday when the Island Club hosted Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode to a grand reception, tagged, ‘Christmas Eve Dance.’
It was a fun-filled gathering that had eminent Nigerians, including Chief Sunny Odogwu and Premier Lotto Chairman, Chief Adebutu Kessington. Trust King Sunny Ade, he brought to play the beauty of live performance, tapping from his experience and expertise at singing, dancing, playing the guitar and spontaneous, but continual captainship of the band, while in action on stage.
The maiden edition of the event was organised by the 30th chairman of the club, who savoured fulfillment eventually. He commended members for entrusting the current management with the task of overseeing its affairs.
