IT’s important for me to spend this precious time with family and good friends, where we do mostly Thanksgiving to God for a year well lived and also for retrospective purposes because before you know it, the hustle and bustle is back and everyone is gone their separate ways. 2015 was a good year for me, career-wise, and I know that 2016 will even be more rewarding by God’s Grace. 2016 has also been earmarked as the official birth year for my girl-child project #GIRLSROC, kicking off with its first Mentoring programme for less privileged girls in rural primary schools. My
2016 resolution? Working on being less introverted!

Chidi Ihezie Okafor

Good morning my dear. Compliments of the season. I spent my Christmas very well in my villa, Obowo with my family because we had two big events here which I was one of the organisers. The first event was the children’s party in the entire Obowo at Obowo headquarters on December 26. It was a huge success. The second one is “Discovering your potentials”, pathway to success for Obowo youths which was organised by Obowo Professionals Association(OPA).Focus area were academics, entrepreneurship and entertainment featuring career talk, mentoring, interactions and entertainment which I was one of the speakers. Other speakers were Engr Silas Okorie, Engr E.T.Anosike, Barr Nnamdi Ohaekelem(Dsp)and Hon (Mrs) Okafor. The event was on December 28. It was also a huge success and my Xmas was fulfilled. Yes, I have plans for my new year, so many resolutions in my 2016. Those things that Iwanted to achieve in 2015 that I couldn’t achieve, by the grace of God I will carry them out in 2016, and in 2016 too, by the same grace of God, I will move to the next level in all ramifications. Where I was in 2015 will not be where I will be in 2016.I must surely step up, move higher. As for my fans, I still love them. I have a good package for them in 2016. I will make them happy and proud in 2016. May God in his infinite mercy continue to keep them safe for me and also grant them their heart’s desires in 2016 and all the days of their lives.

O C Ukeje:
Christmas began with lunch at my in-laws with my own family as well. It was a really enjoyable time catching up with family again. We talked about all the traffic and the hazards of sitting in it and finally settled to dessert. Then the wife and I touched a bunch of friends’ houses for more festivities.  We stuck to protein though and we played tons of games. Finally got home before the sun. It was super fun. The New Year holidays would be quieter. A little less visiting. Just time with the wife to plan and to prep for work as well. I hope that the New Year affords me the opportunity to delve into personal projects, both acting related and otherwise. I’d like to start setting up shop for my own activities. And family-wise, make some changes. To all who have supported me in 2015, I thank you immensely. I pray that God elevates you in every facet so that you shall have numerous conquests in 2016. May the New Year empower us all to do better. There’s a place called forward and we shall pursue it in 2016. Bless!

I usually spend my Christmas and New Year with my family. This year, they are so many awesome stage performances lined up: Hear Word, Wakaa and Kakadu. We will see all of them and just relax and be thankful for the gift of life and a 2015 that was loaded with success stories. There really is no holiday for me as I am presently in post for my movie ‘Just not Married’. I don’t really do New Year resolutions. I just work harder than the previous year. In 2014, I shot a short film. In 2015, I shot a feature film. So in 2016 there are limitless possibilities of what needs to be achieved. My feature film ‘Just not Married’ will be released hopefully in February. We have a lot in the pipeline and we are looking forward to an awesome 2016 filled with Divine Uncommon Favours and rewards for all our hard work. I would love to wish my fans a very Happy 2016 and say a big Thank You for all the endless support, encouragement and love. I hope to keep on making them proud of me and remain a good ambassador.

I celebrated my Christmas with my immediate family, taking my wife and children to choice places around Lagos. And come 2016, I am launching My One To Go TV movies. From January we are hitting the ground running, and also I will be contesting for the office of President of Directors Guild of Nigeria, armed to project and bring respect and global regard for the Nigerian film director. Most importantly, I want to say a very big thank you to all my fans worldwide for their prayers, love and support. I deeply appreciate them all

I spent my Christmas with my family. I will also spend the New Year holiday with them, travel with them as well because this year I didn’t spend a lot of time with them due to filming in different locations and in different states. So that’s why I must spend it with them. My new year resolution is for God to open my eyes to see love in everyone I know and will meet and vice versa because when I think back at when I started, I remember a few people who laughed at me that I wasn’t good enough and even told me that I won’t get jobs because producers have their cliques etc. What am I trying to say to you my fans is that people will look down on you. It’s life, don’t let it get to you, don’t let anyone tell you you can’t make it. Don’t let them make you feel little about yourself. Plan and work towards it. Then believe you can do it with faith and hard work, you will get there.
