Ajebo Campus Tour closes quarter in Lead City Varsity
In a bid to break boredom in campuses across the country with high quality entertainment, Lead City University, Ibadan, became the last campus to be thrilled in the on-going Minimie ChinChin sponsored ‘Ajebo Unleashed Campus Tour.’
The entertainment train led by AjeboDcomedian stormed Lead City University, Ibadan, to round off the first quarter of the campus tour. The students experienced a fun filled night as comedy, music, talent hunt, messages of hope, entrepreneurship and inspiration were generously dished by different performers, including Elenu, Acapella, Pencil, Kenny Blaq and MC Shakara.
The highlight of the show was the open mic challenge competition where Anyasi Devine (a.k.a D-Vine) was chosen by the audience and rewarded with the sum of N100, 000. Other contestants walked away with consolation prizes.
Speaking on the sponsorship, Minimie Chinchin Area Marketing Manager, Aderoba Adetunji explained that the brand is a fun and youthful brand and is ready to partner with groups that are capable of encouraging and engaging young talents within and outside campuses.
Adetunji disclosed that the brand is determined to dish out high quality and clean entertainments in order to put an end to dull moments on campus by adding fun to student’s everyday academic activities.
Relishing the success of the show, comedian and on-air-personality, Emeka Erem (a.k.a Ajebo) revealed that the tour aimed at giving back to the youths and encouraging them to harness their entrepreneurial talents through creative entertainment.
Other artistes at the event were Kilnt de Drunk, Osama, Ambassador Wahala and Skales.
