Fresh facts have emerged that Ikorodu High Court Lagos State issued an order in October last year that the parties in dispute over the NITEL land at Ota-Ona should maintain status quo.The spokesperson for Keyaolu family, Mr Owoseni Atoloye Dada denied earlier reports that he sent petition to the police Area Commander in Ikorodu, but nothing came out of it, was not true.

“We recently discovered that the land grabbers had entered the land again selling the land at a fast rate. So we went back to court and complained again, he said.According to him, the court gave order that the registrars should go back and visit the land. “We were there with the Ikorodu High Court registrars and some court officials, including our lawyers”|
He added that both the complainants and the defendants of the case in dispute were at the site.
